Refund and Returns Policy

At – Professional Makeup Artist, client satisfaction is our top priority. We always aim to deliver high-quality makeup services and ensure you have a delightful experience.
Since makeup, hairstyling, and beauty services are personalized and time-bound, our refund and cancellation policies are designed to be fair to both our clients and our team.
Cancellations
If you need to cancel your appointment, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made after this period may result in partial or full loss of the booking amount depending on preparation and scheduling.
Rescheduling
If you wish to reschedule your session, we’ll gladly adjust your date and time (subject to availability). Rescheduling is allowed only once without extra charge if done at least 48 hours before the event.
Refunds
Refunds are applicable only in rare situations such as:
- Duplicate payment made by mistake.
- Cancellation from our end due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days to your original payment method.
Products & Items
If you purchase any beauty product, accessory, or service add-on from us, please note that used or opened items cannot be returned. Unopened and unused products may be eligible for exchange within 7 days of purchase, along with a valid receipt.
